Prelaunch policy
Privacy
Launch note: This is a practical starter policy, not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney before accepting sensitive client code or payments.
Information collected
The launch website does not use accounts, payment processing, analytics, or direct file uploads. The project form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. Information is transmitted only when the visitor chooses to send that email.
Project information
Prospective clients should share only the minimum information needed to evaluate fit. Do not send confidential source code, credentials, access tokens, personal data, or private repositories through the initial inquiry.
AI-assisted processing
AI tools may be used to organize project information, prepare questions, analyze selected technical materials, and draft documentation. The intended scope of any third-party processing will be disclosed before sensitive files are submitted.
Retention
Inquiry emails and project records may be retained for business administration, quoting, and follow-up. A requester may ask for deletion unless retention is required for legal, tax, security, or contractual reasons.
Security
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Repository access, private uploads, and payment processing are not enabled in this launch version.
Contact
Use the project inquiry form on the main website. A dedicated privacy contact should be added before public launch.
