Prelaunch policy

Terms

Launch note: This is a starter framework, not final legal language. Use a written service agreement reviewed for your jurisdiction before accepting payment or repository access.

Website purpose

This website describes potential technical services and allows visitors to request an evaluation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee acceptance, or establish a project price.

Scope and acceptance

Work begins only after both parties approve a written scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, timing, revision limits, access requirements, and acceptance criteria.

No guaranteed outcome

Technical diagnosis and development involve uncertainty. Sprucebound does not guarantee release dates, commercial success, platform approval, elimination of every defect, or compatibility with future engine and package updates.

Client responsibility

The client must have authority to share all submitted materials, maintain backups, disclose relevant dependencies, and protect production credentials. Credentials and access tokens should never be sent through the initial inquiry.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables, pre-existing tools, third-party assets, reusable components, and portfolio references must be defined in the written service agreement.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may assist with analysis, drafting, documentation, or implementation. Deliverables remain subject to human review and testing within the agreed scope. Any restrictions on third-party processing must be disclosed before work begins.

Contact

Use the project inquiry form on the main website. A dedicated legal contact should be added before public launch.
